Referring to that game, the disciplinary committee announced: “About the violation attributed to Ali Kianifar and Soroush Salehipour, the player and the manager of Naft Masjid Suleiman, respectively, regarding the violation of an illegal game against the Bandar Anzali sailor team by Ali Kianifar and the deputy in realizing this violation by Soroush Salehipour, according to the total documents and contents of the case and the opinion of using the mentioned player in the game with the sailor team, despite his suspension in the knockout cup game and communicating this matter to the manager of Naft Masjid Sulaiman team and other evidences and Emirates in the coordination meeting before the match. In the case, it was determined that the violation attributed to the named persons was definite and certain.
Based on this, based on Article 28, Article 7 of the Disciplinary Regulations and Article 61, Article 2 of these regulations, Ali Kayanifar was sentenced to three months of suspension from all activities related to football, futsal, and beach soccer, and Soroush Salehipour was sentenced to two months of suspension in accordance with Article 38 of the Disciplinary Regulations. .
The issued decision is enforceable and can be appealed to the appeals committee within seven days from the notification date.
