The national teams of Iran, South Korea, Japan, China, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Thailand, Hong Kong, India and Australia are present in this season of the Asian Championship.

This tournament is also the selection rule for the 2023 Women’s World Championship.

The 19th edition of the Asian Women’s Handball Championship will be held from November 29 to December 14, hosted by Incheon, South Korea.
