Holding the election of the World Wrestling Board/Iran was left without a representative

According to Fars news agency, Alireza, the secretary of the head of the wrestling federation, became a candidate for participation in this election in June and at the last moment, due to the withdrawal of Hamid Soorian and due to the fact that Iran will not be without a representative in this election of the World League.

As the head of the wrestling federation said in his press conference 10 days ago, taking into account that participation in the election of the board of directors requires a lot of time and lobbying, he does not have a great chance to win this election.

Based on this, in today’s election, 7 members of the board of the World Union were elected, most of whom were former members, and Alireza Debir was ranked 11th out of 16 participants with 25 votes.

The names of the elected people in the order of votes are as follows:

2- Teodoros Hamakos (Greece) 82 votes

3- Martin Dietmann (Germany) 81 votes

4- Rezvan Pircalabo (Romania) 79 votes

5- Mrs. Rudika Yakshi (Turkey) 79 votes

6- Namig Ali If (Azerbaijan) 73 votes

7- Mrs. Ye Zhang (China) 62 votes
