In an interview with Mehr reporter, Hamed Darabi stated: The camp of the national team for the deaf freestyle wrestling will be held for 10 days from April 9 to 19 of this year in the wrestling house of Kermanshah province.
Noting that the national deaf freestyle wrestling team camp is for the 2022 Olympics, he added: “In the final stage of the deaf freestyle wrestling national team camp, 20 athletes are present along with coaches and technical staff.”
The head of the Deaf Sports Board of Kermanshah province stated: The national team for the deaf freestyle wrestling will be sent to the competitions after a one-week training and rest camp.
Referring to the presence of Kermanshahi wrestlers and coaches in the national team for the deaf freestyle wrestling, Darabi said: Foroud Hojjati and Keyvan Rostamabadi, 2 wrestlers from Kermanshah, along with Alireza Rahmati, one of the capable coaches in the national team for the deaf freestyle wrestling.
