The head coach of Nesaji clarified about the difference between the players and the structure of the club compared to Arab countries: Iranian players are more physical. Many players from Iran play in Europe. Iranian players are much more present in Europe than Arab players. Football is a game for everyone and I have always said this. Referring to his records in Asian football, he mentioned: I have been in the Middle East for 4 years and coached five teams. I have worked in Arab teams, they were good teams and I am sure that we can take a good path and we have confidence and self-confidence to have a very good team.
Hernandez stressed about his technical thoughts: I want to win. It is important to win. We have to try harder and be confident and win and pave the way to win to show our best work.
Referring to the successes of Paco Khamez in Tractor as a fellow Spaniard, he said about other foreign coaches: Khamez has worked a lot and is a person with a personality.
