Incomplete implementation of the clean air law has troubled the poor

Referring to the announcement of the Clean Air Law since 2017, the Deputy Minister of Social Affairs and Crime Prevention of the Judiciary stated: Just as the traffic police performs their duties in accordance with Article 9 of this law and fines for owners of worn-out vehicles, the government is also obliged.
