Dashtaki called the second pillar of productivity “capital” and said: “The third pillar is” manpower “that if any of these pillars are not, productivity will not work, while in our country all three pillars are at their highest. But there is no proper planning for proper productivity of these pillars.
He considered endowments as the most important source of endowment and specified: according to sharia and customary laws, no one is allowed to interfere in anything, sometimes these interventions are done accidentally and sometimes intentionally, which must be returned to the state of endowment. .
The director general of endowments and charitable affairs of Alborz province considered the output of endowment productivity as capital and added: in the matter of endowment, there are legal and religious books and accounts that make this sector more sensitive and increase productivity.
He considered productivity as a pillar of a resilient economy, which has taken good steps in recent years, and said: “In the Fifth Development Plan, based on goal setting, we should have 8% annual economic development, which unfortunately due to not addressing the issue of productivity.” We are facing a negative growth of economic development in the society that the elites can compensate for these backwardnesses in the endowment economy.
Reducing government tenure and equitable distribution of wealth with the economic prosperity of endowments
