
According to IRNA on Saturday, the General Assembly of the International Muaythai Federation was attended by representatives of 127 countries and attended by Sakchai Topswan, President of the World Federation, Stephen Fox, Secretary General of the World Federation, President of the Ames World Organization and Vice President of Gaysef. Bach, President of the International Olympic Committee (IOC), as well as Javad Nasiri, President of the Muay Thai Association of Iran and a member of the Presidential Council of the World Federation, were held in the amphitheater of the Ampse Hotel around Bangkok.
During this forum, the Iranian Muay Thai Association and Javad Nasiri himself were honored for the strong presence of Iranian women in all international competitions of Muaythai and gender equality in this field.
The national men’s and women’s Muaythai teams of our country won 2 gold, 7 silver and 5 bronze medals in the world competitions last week, in which the participation of Iranian women in these competitions was 2 gold, 5 silver and 2 bronze medals.
The European Cup in Turkey in May next year, the World Youth Championships in Malaysia in September 1401, and the World Adult Championships in November of the following year, hosted by the UAE capital Abu Dhabi, were other resolutions of the forum.
