Introducing Iran’s basketball opponents in the Asian Cup

According to IRNA, the grouping of the 2022 Asian Cup basketball tournament in Jakarta (Indonesia) was determined, during which our national basketball team was grouped with the teams of Japan, Kazakhstan and Syria in the third group of the tournament.

The grouping of the 2022 Asian Cup is as follows:

The first group: Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Australia, Indonesia
The second group: Chinese Taipei, China, Korea, Bahrain
Third group: Iran, Japan, Kazakhstan, Syria
Group 4: India, Lebanon, Philippines, New Zealand

The 2022 Asian Cup basketball tournament will be held in Indonesia from Tuesday, July 12 to Sunday, August 2, 1401.
