The idea of creating an electronic business in the field of construction industry under the brand name of Panghre was formed by its founder in 2017. For two years, the Panjere family has started to create a start-up in this regard after identifying the concerns in the field of construction industry in order to speed up this cycle and maximize the level of access to services and satisfaction with it.
The construction industry is a productive industry that accounts for the largest financial turnover after the oil industry and is considered as the driving and important industry in the country.
The short-term, medium-term and long-term view of the problems of this industry from the point of view of the manufacturers and operators of the building requires introducing a different path from the current conditions in order to reduce its risk in different stages, bring peace, confidence and speed. Buildings are national capital and land and real estate are natural and non-renewable resources of a country. Therefore, all the factors involved in this process, including production, buying and selling, procurement of materials and equipment, and human resources and services related to it, need to be integrated and aggregated in order to create a strong information base and eliminate the bubbles in it. And by creating a market based on reality, increase the speed of access to needs and create efficient analytical conditions based on supply and demand statistics. I am Behrang Dilmaghani, the founder of Panjere System. PhD in civil engineering and academic staff of the university, I have been working in this field for about 25 years and I am fully aware of all the problems of this industry. I have been a member of the Board of Directors of the Construction Engineering System Organization of West Azarbaijan Province for two terms and I have been the head of the organization for two terms in two years. I am chosen by the construction industry in 2018. In order to strengthen the legal needs of this industry in various departments, Panjere team has invited Mrs. Yousefi to cooperate and join the group as a project manager. He also has a bachelor’s degree in economics and a master’s degree in law.
At the beginning of the work and operationalization of the idea, we designed and produced an application in the area of the housing market, and then we realized that it did not match the needs that we had in mind, so we abandoned it without thinking and quickly and after a month with the current IT team. We signed a new contract, and now that I think about those days, I feel happy from the bottom of my heart that we were moving forward with so much passion and belief and to those who were always there and never disappointed. Many people didn’t want to, couldn’t accompany, so we simply left it and you may not believe that the team spends day and night to upgrade the window and the growth of the window is one of the great goals of the current team. We plan and are involved 24 hours a day to introduce and improve the performance of the system, and we are sure that in the next year at most, this system will become the most unique system in the construction industry in Iran and even in the world. Whatever income we earn, we spend it to improve the existing conditions and we do not spend a single Riyal.
