According to Mehr news agency, Mohammadreza Davarzani, head of the Iran Volleyball Federation, had previously sent a request to the World Volleyball Federation to host the 2024 and 2025 Nations League as well as the 2025 Men’s World Championship.
Based on this, after the necessary negotiations and correspondence, yesterday (Tuesday, 28 September), the World Volleyball Federation sent a letter to the Iran Volleyball Federation, while accepting the initial request of Iran Volleyball, asking them to complete the hosting forms and participate in the hosting auction of these competitions.
The World Volleyball Federation emphasized that due to the determination of the hosts of the 2024 Nations League, it will include Iran in the list of candidates for the 2025 Men’s World Championship and the 2025 Nations League and requested to complete the relevant forms and participate in the World Volleyball Federation hosts auction for these two important events.
