According to the Mehr news agency and quoting the volleyball federation, the 2022 League of Nations volleyball in the men’s group will start on June 7 next year and will end on August 2 with the introduction of the top teams.
The World Volleyball Federation (FIVB) has announced the host countries for the qualifying round, with Brazil, Canada, the Philippines, Bulgaria, Russia and Japan hosting the men’s section.
The first week of the tournament will be held from June 17 to 22 in Brazil and Canada. The Iranian national volleyball team in Brazil is in the same group with the teams of Japan, the Netherlands and Australia, Brazil, Russia, the United States and Slovenia.
The Philippines and Bulgaria will host the second week of the tournament, which will be held from June 20 to July 26, and the students of Behrouz Atai, the head coach of the Iranian team, are in Bulgaria this week with Serbia, Canada, Australia, Bulgaria, Brazil, Poland and the United States.
The third and final week of the qualifying round of the League of Nations 2022 will be held in Japan and Russia, and the Iranian national team in Russia is in the same group with the teams of Italy, the Netherlands, Bulgaria, Russia, Poland, Slovenia and Serbia.
Next year, the matches of the final stage of the League of Nations will be followed from July 20 to August 2, which has not yet been announced as the host of the final stage by the World Volleyball Federation. Each team will meet 4 teams out of 8 teams in the group each week, and the tournament schedule will be announced later.
