According to Mehr reporter, the match of the 86 kg freestyle wrestling championship of Asia was held today Friday between Alireza Karimi from Iran and Dolatbekov from Kazakhstan. At the end of this competition, the Kazakhstan representative defeated Karimi 4:1.

In this way, the representative of Iran did not get the gold medal and settled for the silver medal.

In the first round, Karimi defeated Gwan Ok Kim from South Korea with a score of 5:2. In the second round and in the quarter-final stage, he beat Zhoushen Lin from China with a score of 10-0 and made it to the semi-final stage. In this stage, he defeated Hayato Ishiguro from Japan with a score of 9-2 and became a finalist.

Earlier, on the second day of the Asian Championship hosted by Kazakhstan, Yasin Rezaei won the bronze medal.
