According to Tasnim news agency, the Italian football site announced the transfer of Genoa left-back Andrea Cambiasso to Juventus.
The 22-year-old has attracted the attention of several Italian teams, including Juventus, Inter, Atalanta and Sassuolo, for his good performances in 26 Serie A games last season, but in the end it was the old lady who was able to attract his attention.
Cambiasso, who scored one goal and four assists in Serie A last season, is a product of the Genoa club academy and had a contract with the team until the end of next season, for which reason the club’s managers were forced to sell him.
Juventus are paying 3.5 million euros for Cambiasso, plus defender Rado Dragozin, a player who played for Genoa on loan last season.
In addition to the Italian teams, Spanish soybeans also wanted to sign Cambiasso.
