According to Tasnim news agency, in the continuation of Group A matches of Ooredoo Cup, Qatar today (Sunday) defeated Al Rayyan 2 team against Al-Wakrah.
In this game, Johann Booley (51) and Frank Com (82) scored for Al Rayyan. Golson also scored Al-Wakrah in the 44th minute.
Shoja Khalilzadeh was not included in Al Rayyan’s roster due to surgery last week. Omid Ebrahimi, however, played in the main squad of Al-Wakrah.
In the Ooredoo Group A five-team standings, Qatar’s Al-Wakrah is leading with 15 points and has reached the semi-finals. Al Rayyan is also in second place with 9 points.
