According to IRNA, the World Taekwondo Federation Athletes’ Commission elections will be held in 2022 during the Mexico World Championships in Guadalajara.
For this purpose, Akram Khodabandeh and Sajjad Mardani, the captains of the Iranian women’s and men’s national taekwondo team, have been nominated and registered by the Taekwondo Federation to participate in this election.
This election will be held in 2 groups of men and women, in addition to 2 representatives of Iran, “Vladimir Dalakliffe” from Bulgaria, “Javad Achab” from Belgium, “Hamar Al-Zuma” from Nigeria, “Valeria Santos” from Brazil, “Shari Ognik” from Holland and “Irina Romludnova” from Ukraine will compete.
