Local Entrepreneurship Fund will be established in low-income areas of Isfahan

In an interview with IRNA on Sunday, Massoud Mahdavianfar said: “According to this plan, 15 people living in low-income areas can form an entrepreneurship fund, to which each fund will be paid about 150 million tomans.”
He said that the members of the Entrepreneurship Fund can use this credit to train entrepreneurial skills, adding: “After paying the facilities, economic consulting and empowerment services, cultural, social and strengthening cultural solidarity and reducing social harms will also be provided.” Be.
Mahdavianfar considered the place of initial financing of the local entrepreneurship fund as Omid Entrepreneurship Fund and pointed out: these funds are in fact local micro-funds, the first example of which was opened on a trial basis in February this year in Isfahan’s “Joyabad” neighborhood.
The Director General of the Social and Cultural Affairs Office of Isfahan Governorate said: “We intend to take steps to support and empower low-income neighborhoods by attracting government funds and expanding facilitation offices.”
Mahdavianfar announced the expansion of facilitation offices in the cities of the province and under the supervision of the governorates and added: “Our goal in creating these offices is to develop deprived neighborhoods.”
Noting that there are four facilitation offices in Isfahan, he said: “Hessa”, “Naser Khosrow”, “Arzanan” and “Joyabad” neighborhoods have facilitation offices under the supervision of the governor, but the municipality also has several offices and next year by Governorates These offices are being developed.
Referring to local facilitation and development offices in various cultural, social and economic dimensions, Mahdavianfar added: 59 low-income neighborhoods in Isfahan province are known where it is possible to set up these offices.
The Office of Facilitation and Local Development is set up to improve the quality and quantity of people’s living standards and to change the cultural and social image of the suburbs, informal settlements and the historical context of the provincial capitals.
In these offices, the capacities and capabilities of the neighborhood residents as well as the weaknesses and problems in the neighborhoods are identified and steps are taken to support the residents with the help of public institutions.
Isfahan province has a population of more than five million and 300 thousand people in 28 cities.
