Marfawi: I hope the clubs will cooperate with the national youth team

According to Fars news agency, Abdul Samad Murfawi, the head coach of the national youth team, said about the measures taken to hold the team’s camp by the technical staff and the current conditions: “The national team’s technical staff started the preparation camp on July 7th, and 30 players were invited to this camp. After the 4-day camp, some of these players were screened and then it was the turn of the second 30 players.
He added: “This camp started on Friday the 17th of August and the conditions are good and the players are training well. Just considering the number of invited people, we do not have some players because some clubs did not cooperate with the national team. In addition, we have a number of injured players, and this has made us train with about 20 players.”
Expressing hope for the completion of the national team, Marfawi also gave an ultimatum to the clubs that do not cooperate with the national team: “I hope that in the coming days the composition of the team will be more complete and the clubs will cooperate with us. In any case, we take the time to attend and select these players in the camp and we expect interaction. If the clubs do not cooperate, we will take legal action through the federation, and if these problems are not resolved, I will not invite the above-mentioned players, and with the same people and talents who are present, we will send a good team to the Kafa tournaments.
The head coach of the national youth team also said about the Kafa tournament: “This tournament will start on the 12th of August and our team will be in camp until then. In this period, the national team will review tactical work and this tournament is considered a very good preparatory competition for us. In addition, we have planned 4 friendly games until the time of sending to the Kafa tournament, so that the national team can go to the tournament with more preparation.”
