Qatar World Cup – The Iranian and American national football teams will meet on Tuesday night in their last match in the group stage of the 2022 Qatar World Cup.
The press conference of the two American national team players was held today before the team’s practice in the presence of Iranian journalists, as the media manager of the American national team did not allow Iranian journalists to ask questions. Also, foreign journalists asked these two players mostly political questions about Iran in this meeting.
At the end of the press conference, one of the Iranian journalists stated that the media officer of the American national team should respect the international media and announced that this is not the domestic league of America, this is the World Cup!
He asked two players, Reem and Walker Zimmerman, what memories they have of the match between Iran and the United States in the 98 World Cup in France, and they both mentioned that they were 9 and 5 years old when this match was held.
