Mirasmaili answered the question that if he was the head of the football federation, would he use a foreign or domestic coach? He said: Never curse me to become the head of the football federation (laughing). It is very difficult to be the president of this federation because it has many fans and anyone who becomes the president has a difficult path ahead. As a normal person who is interested in football, my opinion is to use an Iranian coach.
In response to the question of whether he likes the blue or red belt in judo, he said: “My choice is the green belt.”
Mirasmaili explained that it is said that solving the problem of Iranian judo is temporary: I thank the Minister of Sports and the President of the National Olympic Committee for the negotiations they had in Lausanne. We also had many negotiations, and the head of the World Federation, in a letter, considered the presence of our team in the games of Islamic countries unimpeded.
