My Persian The reason for the chaos of independence is the lack of club ownership law

According to the sports reporter of Fars News Agency, a campaign in Fars Man with the title “The situation of Esteghlal Club should be addressed” Launched. In this survey, it was stated that Esteghlal Club has suffered from mismanagement involving non-athletes for more than eight years, and no institution is handling this situation. Gentlemen of the Ministry of Sports and Privatization, Esteghlal fans have gone crazy. Taking too much care of Esteghlal’s traditional rival team and ignoring Esteghlal club in financial injection and choosing the right people has created a nightmare for Esteghlal that is about to become a reality. Gentlemen, Esteghlal is about to be dissolved, take care of the status of Esteghlal Club.
In this regard, we spoke with Saeed Faeghi, the former vice president of the Physical Education Organization. He believes that the main cause of disorder in the management of clubs is the lack of a clear and codified law in the matter of club management. Faeghi said in this regard:
It was about 12 or 14 years ago that two urgent measures were approved in the parliament to organize sports clubs, but after these 12 years, those two measures have not yet arrived and we do not have a law for clubs in the country. We had a half-and-half law before the revolution, which was canceled by the Revolutionary Council, and all the institutions became government. God Biamaroz Ghafourifard approved a committee that now has no effect because it has become a part of the Ministry of Sports. We don’t have a law for clubs and this is another problem for sports and the Ministry of Sports. If something is written in the Ministry of Sports, in my opinion, it is not enforceable.
