I am Arshiya Hajian Tehrani, the manager of my test project and a student of animal biology. Before I entered the world of startups, I loved music and playing, but a situation arose that allowed me to get acquainted with other aspects of life and finally, with the help of Synapse Accelerator, I entered the entrepreneurial space. He started his activity by being a member of different teams of this accelerator, and at the beginning, I joined the “Test Man” team only as an auxiliary force, but after a few months, when I was able to find my place, I also joined its management department. .

my test What is it and what problem does it solve?

“Test Man” is an on-site laboratory service startup that was formed during the Corona pandemic. Conducting tests at home or at work, in such a situation that going to a laboratory has become a problem due to the concern of contamination, or for some elderly or disabled people who are not able to go to the laboratory, it is the best choice to go to the laboratory. My test help is done. Also, my test helps companies to screen their employees for the corona virus, which will prevent the widespread spread of the virus.

What made you take this step?

The whole world is moving in the direction that the people of the society can easily do the things they need. In the old days, to order from the supermarket, people needed to go there in person or place an order over the phone, which was time-consuming and you couldn’t see what kinds were available from behind the phone, but now everyone can. Just by installing a simple application, they can order more easily and choose from more products.

In order to facilitate people’s work, we decided to launch a startup that does exactly the same thing for laboratory services. Someone can easily perform any specialized and non-specialized test at his own home without entering the crowded and polluted environment of the laboratory, and it will be much easier for the individual to follow up on the results of the test. The answer can be easily received through authentic messengers.

What people cooperate with you?

The main core of our team consists of 3 people who have different tasks. Also, our separate and very hardworking sampling team includes 20 people who are working with dedication and hard work.

What laboratory services does My Test provide?

We perform almost all laboratory tests, from periodical checkups to diagnostic tests for specialized diseases.

How accurate are your test results?

All the tests we do are provided by accredited laboratories that try to provide the most accurate answer to the user; Even if there is a need to repeat them, they repeat them several times.

How many people have used your service so far?

It is not possible to announce the exact number; Because the number becomes very large. We are also active in Tehran and Karaj, where the number of applicants varies daily.

One of the concerns in the field of on-site services is the difficulty of trust. What is your solution to deal with the challenge of impersonating samplers?

Before sending the samplers to the door of the users, the details of the sampler, such as the name and personnel code, are sent to the users, and the samplers have special “test me” patches on their clothing and personnel card. In addition, all our personnel are fully professional, measured and hired.

What were the most important challenges you faced?

One of our main challenges is that the results of some tests must be analyzed immediately after sampling, or the samples must be kept at a very low temperature. Another challenge is the time limit, and we cannot provide 24-hour services, which we hope to be able to do in the not-so-distant future.

There are competitors for your business. What is your competitive advantage?

We try to provide the highest quality service at the lowest price, send the sampler to the place as soon as possible and also have a quick response.

What vision do you have for the development of my test?

We hope that we will be able to act like a megalab throughout Iran and provide wider services to all the people of the country.

Do you have any advice for students of different biology majors who are interested in starting their own business?

If they have an idea, start collaborating with their friends or classmates and develop it. Talk to different accelerators and start working without wasting time. Expand their business every day and think more about learning than making money.
