Pointing to the importance of the World Cup in Thailand compared to previous rounds, he explained: “This year’s fights are the selection of the Sport Chord Games and the 2020 World Games in the United States.” In fact, those who win gold and silver medals in the Thai world will be allowed to attend these two important events.

Regarding Muaythai’s efforts to become an independent federation, Nasiri said: “Muaythai has all the necessary factors to become a federation.” I hope that with the support of the Minister of Sports and the President of the National Olympic Committee, this demand will finally be realized for the right of the Muaythai family.
