According to Tasnim news agency and quoted from the official website of the Football Federation, the disciplinary committee of the Federation issued its opinions on various cases as follows:
Due to the non-attendance of the head coach of Esteghlal Tehran, Javad Nekonam, in the press conference before the match against Persepolis, he was delayed from the fifth week of the Premier League, when he should have appeared at the place announced by the league organization, and he did not appear in the said meeting, contrary to the rules of the tournament, according to Article 51 , 117 and 92 of the disciplinary regulations, he was sentenced to pay a fine of one billion Rials. Also, according to article 50 of the regulations, Esteghlal Club was jointly and severally liable and was sentenced to a fine of two billion Riyals.
This decision can be appealed to the appeals committee within seven days from the date of notification.
* About the report of the official authorities against Zob Ahn Club and Esteghlal Tehran regarding the match between the two teams in the 11th week at Foladshahr Stadium in Isfahan regarding the throwing of objects and the use of incendiary and smoking substances by the spectators attributed to Zob Ahn Club and the use of derogatory slogans and the breaking of chairs by the spectators. attributed to Esteghlal Club, as well as the misbehavior of Esteghlal Club head coach Javad Nekonam towards the unofficial officials of the match, according to all the documents and the contents of the case, including the reports of the representative of the federation, the disciplinary supervisor and the football board of Isfahan Province, definite and certain violations attributed to and documented in the materials 50, 54, 71 and 86 of the disciplinary regulations, a ruling is issued on the conviction of Zob Ahan clubs to pay a fine of 510 million Rials each and Javad Nekonam to pay a fine of two billion Rials. Decree No. 1283 dated 08/08/1402, if the conviction of the subject of this decree is certain, the said suspended ban will also be implemented.
Regarding the complaint of Esteghlal Club of Tehran to the Football League Organization, Isfahan Province Football Board and Zob Ahan Club regarding the behavior of the videographer of the said match, according to the contents of the case and in terms of the non-verification of the violation and regarding the complaint of this club against the said videographer named Javad Regarding Abedin, due to the lack of inclusion of disciplinary regulations against him, a decision is issued to dismiss the complaint based on Article 95 of the disciplinary regulations.
The decision issued within seven days from the notification date can be appealed to the appeals committee.
