Hello, I am Mohsen Momiwand, born in 1367. I continued my studies in Iran until 1984, then I migrated abroad to continue my studies, and I returned to Iran at the end of 1992. Do you have competitors in the market?
Yes, since the start of the new car, there were several competitors in this field, who did not have a strong presence from the beginning, and now there is no trace of them, but now we have several competitors who are active. Our main and competitive advantage is that we are a Market Place, and this is also the point that for each product, we have several brands and several prices, and we actually give the user the right to choose to have the best shopping experience in an online store.
Is there a successful foreign example for your business? Are they likely to enter your market?
Yes, in countries like India and Turkey, which have a similar buying culture to ours, this market has developed well, and there are also similar cases in European countries that have a good position, but regarding the question about the possibility of entering the Iranian market and practically You raised competition with us, I have to give you a negative answer, because currently, despite the fact that we have been active in this field for more than three years, the market is still a traditional market, and I doubt that a foreign group would be willing to Step into the arena of this traditional market and incur exorbitant costs.

Foreign companies also admitted that they are not interested in investing in Iranian companies. But in general, we intend to attract capital.
How did you enter the market? What marketing methods did you consider?
In the beginning and in the first two years of starting the new car, we did not have a specific plan to enter the market and we only worked as an affiliate, and in fact we had the idea that spare parts are not the daily needs of our customers and we focused more on product development. we put Over time, we tried to work on awareness and used different digital marketing channels. Our current priority is SEO and branding and we are trying to reach a favorable position in these two.
What challenges did you face in developing your business? How did you manage them?
The essence of a startup comes with challenges. Of course, we also faced many challenges, but one of the most important ones is the currency market changes that happened last year. This incident challenged not only us but many startups. But the subject that distinguishes our story from other collections is our field of work, i.e. auto parts. These fluctuations in the car market and naturally the effect it had on spare parts made us face a difficult situation because the suppliers were not able to have the correct pricing on their products due to the fact that the prices changed momentarily and sometimes they They were non-existent. This problem made us come up with the idea of a spare parts price inquiry system. In fact, this system made it very easy for the suppliers to enter the price for the same product into the new machine system according to the request sent by the user for a specific product, and the user can get the current price of the product in a distance of almost two hours. Have you found yourself in a situation where you think of collecting a new car?
Certainly! Eight times a day (with laughter)!!. But one thing I believe in is that failure happens when you stop trying. This sentence is written on the desktop of my computer and every time I see it, I decide to persist in my work if I know how difficult it is to be in this market.
Did you receive important feedback from your users that led to the improvement of your product?
Yes; What was important for our user was the right price of the original product and easy purchase; Another point that was important for our users was the availability of goods, which we solved their needs with the same price inquiry system and Market Place.
Do you envision other services to be provided on the platform created?
What we have in mind is that in the future we will be able to replace as many parts as possible that the user has bought from us, such as consumables that can be replaced on the spot and the like. It is even possible to go to the B2B area, of course, this goal has been planned to some extent, but the implementation plan has not yet been prepared for it.
If you had to go this route again, what would you not have done and what would you have done sooner?
I would definitely repeat all the things I have done so far. But one of the things I should have done sooner was entering the marketing space earlier.
Last word? What is your advice to the startups that are on your way?
I am going to express the point that is important in my opinion, and that is to try to share your business with several people at the beginning of the journey, so that each person can take a corner of the work and use their abilities. It should be used to advance the group’s goal because, for example, if an employee leaves the group, you will have to pay a heavy fee to compensate for his vacancy.
