Newsweek: Xi is ahead of Biden in Ukraine diplomacy

Tehran- IRNA- The American newspaper wrote in a detailed report that Chinese President Xi Jinping has surpassed his American counterpart in playing a diplomatic role in the Ukraine crisis.
