He declared the revival of closed and semi-closed units as a priority of the government and added: “Several production units have been closed due to economic issues, sanctions and mismanagement, and with proper management, these units should be revived and returned to the production cycle.”

Madani added: “According to estimates, there are 100,000 closed and semi-closed units in the country, of which 35,000 units are economic and in the field of mining and agriculture, and the rest are in the field of services.”

He said: “With the planning and mechanisms adopted, next year 4,000 economic units will return to the production cycle, of which 2,000 units are in the heart of villages and industrial areas located in these areas.”

He stressed: “Instead of providing facilities to closed and semi-closed units, the financial, legal and managerial structure is revived and reviewed, and investment funds that have been considered in the world are used, liquidity is controlled and instead of speculation, capital People are moving towards production.
