According to the Mehr correspondent, the national championship freestyle wrestling competitions and the first stage of the national team selection cycle as the most important freestyle wrestling competitions this year were held from January 13 to 15 with the participation of 388 wrestlers in 10 weights in Gorgan’s Azadi Hall.
The North Khorasan Adult Freestyle Wrestling Team participated in these competitions with 10 wrestlers, and in the end, Dariush Hazrat Gholizadeh, a tough wrestler کوش Shirvani reached the final of 61 kg by defeating opponents from South Khorasan, East Azerbaijan, Mazandaran and Tehran.
This Shirvani wrestler succeeded in the final with a technical blow from Mohammad Baqer Freeze From Mazandaran, while winning the championship for the first time in North Khorasan wrestling, to obtain a license to participate in the Asian Championships and to direct Iranian wrestling to North Khorasan once again.
