Oman veteran advises Branco before meeting Asian champion + photo

According to Fars News Agency, the Oman national football team, led by former Persepolis head coach Branko, played against Iraq, one of Iran’s rivals in the World Cup qualifier, in its first match in the Arab Cup, and agreed to a one-on-one draw.

In this regard, Abdullah Kamuna, the former star of the Oman national team, gave a lesson to Branco in an interview with Al-Kureh website and asked him. “We must forget about the game against Iraq,” said the Omani pioneer. Now is the time to focus on the game against Qatar, the Asian champions.

He added: “The Oman national team had a good performance in the first game, but needs a better performance in the offensive line.” We must use the opportunities in the best possible way. Branco must be realistic in choosing the pieces of the offensive line.

The former Omani star continued: “I tell Branco that using Al-Munz Al-Alawi is useless in the offensive line and he should use another nut in the position.” Our national team is not bad, but it needs support and Branco must make changes in the offensive line to get the desired result against Qatar.
