Patrushev: The West revives colonialism by suffocating independent states

Tehran- IRNA- The Secretary of the Russian Security Council, Nikolai Patrushev, said that the strategy of the West in suffocating independent governments is nothing but the revival of the old methods of colonialism, which collapsed in the middle of the 20th century mainly due to the efforts of the Soviet Union.
