According to Monetary Financial News, quoting Bank D’s public relations, Nader Hassanpour, in an online meeting with the heads and deputies of the bank’s foreign exchange branches, which was held with the aim of explaining the goals, policies and performance of foreign exchange branches in 1400, pointed to the need for branch awareness. “The most important strategic goal of Bank D in the field of foreign exchange is to focus on providing wage services to customers and the growth of unregulated revenues to move the bank on the path of sustainable profitability,” he said.
“Relationship marketing” is the key to the branches’ success in attracting new customers in the foreign exchange sector, he said. Hassanpour stated: Customer orientation and providing desirable services to customers is largely dependent on staff training, which to meet the needs of colleagues, providing specialized training to employees of foreign exchange branches is on the agenda.
