According to Tasnim news agency and quoted from the website of the Football Federation; Iran’s Omid football team, which is preparing to participate in the solidarity games of Islamic countries, will play two friendly games in the upcoming camp.
The first match of Iran’s Omid team is against Persepolis, the runner-up of the last season of the Premier League. This game will be held on Sunday August 9th at 18:00 on the field number two of the National Football Center. This is the second time that the Omid team faces Persepolis this year. In a friendly match played by these two teams in April, Omid defeated Persepolis 3-1.
The second friendly match of the Omid team will be on Monday, August 10, against the Pikan team, and this match will be held at 18:00 on the field number two of the National Teams Center. The presence or absence of the media in these two friendly games will be announced in the coming days through the official media of the Football Federation.
