The verdict was also issued while facing many problems and ambiguities during the proceedings. In their speeches, the technical experts referred to many mistakes that occurred during the investigation. They even referred to the federation’s own rules and regulations, which confirmed this point, and according to them, such a ruling was not allowed in principle. In this regard, examples of world football and even domestic competitions were presented that question the issuance of such a vote. There is also enough ambiguity and lack of scrutiny in the text of the vote. One of the questions is still why there was an insistence on hastening the announcement of the vote, a vote that disrupted the league and did not have sufficient legal support.
The story does not end here. Earlier, it was announced that the Appeals Committee would issue its opinion. So what happened? If the review required so much time, why did the disciplinary committee have to issue a verdict so quickly? What is the purpose of this killing of the present time? Does anyone care; What are the consequences of getting used to these scores and tables? Really, why do other clubs that have been affected no longer react? What happened to them? Why does Golgohar Club no longer have a voice? What are some issues that could be clarified about years later?
How is it that the international section of the Football Federation, which had a great role in this case, has lost its role and the league organization that issued the game card is not responsible. It is not possible for only Persepolis Club and the other clubs that have remained silent to lose in the outcome of the vote!
Our message is that the Appeals Committee announce the results of its investigation as soon as possible. Tell me if a violation has occurred. If there is a violation, there is a legal document to issue a vote to award points to several teams, specify it. To clarify what causes one to act contrary to international and domestic procedures in order to gain a certain benefit for the properties and a loss for the majority? If not, the vote is invalid to say so. The task of clubs and leagues should be clarified.
On the other hand, given the sensitivity of the matter and the ambiguity about the occurrence of the violation, as well as the legal clauses for issuing the vote, what is the reason for applying the undecided vote in the competition table, which in practice put pressure on the appeals committee to approve it? The passage of time also causes habituation to these points and the arrangement of the table, and all of this equates the practice of Iranian football and the Appeals Committee with the action taken, and can lead to expediencies that do not touch the existing habit.
We all know how tough and intense the league is this season. Even one goal can change the final conditions of the table, let alone give points to several teams based on a case with its ambiguities. Such scoring should not become a tradition in Iranian football, because all sorts of scenarios can be implemented to repeat it. What power is there that can lead to a lawless vote somewhere or prevent the implementation of the law? The textile club has repeatedly protested why its complaint is not being addressed.
There are a number of clear issues that have not been addressed and are questionable. At the same time, Persepolis and Sepahan must host each other based on a neutral ground vote, which has again been in favor of a special team, which has caused all these ambiguities.
