Premier Volleyball League under the microscope of the head coach of the national team/Attai: We see everyone – Mehr News Agency | Iran and world’s news

According to Mehr News Agency, Behrouz Atai said about the standardization of the Premier League match halls: Standardization should have started at some point in volleyball and we are happy that this happened and the health status of the players is covered in a better way. In the club category, the players will have better health, and in the national category, we will start our camps with healthier players.
He added: Some cities may not have enough hall to hold the competition and this will cause them to worry that they cannot spread this floor and use it for the rest of the sports. In fact, this flooring does not meet the sports needs of this city, that’s why I think that some of these cities should be given a chance, but in general, the health of the athletes is important for the federation, and we also want the teams to enter the league competitions in a standardized way. we welcome.
Emphasizing that they will have tough and intensive matches in the Premier League, Atai said: “The way of holding has not changed and the players are almost in the same teams as their former teams.” Many players from abroad or Iran have not been added to the teams and the quality of the league will not change that much. I hope that the teams are in good physical condition and play during the league in such a way that we can have better players for the national team.
The head coach of the national team said regarding the selection of Legionnaire and Premier League players to participate in the national team: We are following the performance of all Legionnaire and league players. I attend the Premier League myself and closely monitor it. I will give the other national team coaches who are not currently active in a club a mission to follow the teams in the leagues so that we can monitor the players of the teams better and check the young and flourishing people better.
He added: Regarding the Legionnaires, in addition to sending me their information, if possible, I will travel to their countries and see players such as Milad Ebadipour, Morteza Sharifi, Javad Manavinejad, etc. in their teams.
Referring to the start of national team camps after the Premier League matches, Atai said: “Definitely, national team camps will be held after the end of the matches, but we have to see when the league will end because there are discussions about continuing the league until the players are ready in terms of preparation. be in a more suitable situation and these competitions will end close to the European competitions. This is an important issue that will definitely be investigated because we have to keep the players ready during the competition process and this issue will help the national team. Ending competitions before the New Year and resting players in the break until the end of the beginning of the year holidays increases the risk of injury and is not very consistent with the framework of professional standards. We will have a 25-day camp before the tournament to enter the tournament.
The 36th round of Iran’s top men’s club volleyball championships will start on Wednesday, the 6th of October, so that these competitions will start 28 days earlier than the previous year and reduce the intensity of the competitions to some extent.
