Kamran Qasimpour defeated the world champion Jay Dan Cox from the USA in the 92 kg final of the 2022 World Championships in Serbia with a score of 2:0 and won the gold medal. In the semi-finals of last year’s world championships, he defeated the American opponent with a score of 3:3.
