In an interview with IRNA on Friday, Afshin Hadi Chegini added: “These competitions were held in the men’s section and in the adult age category with full observance of the health procedures against coronary heart disease in Mahshahr, Khuzestan province.”
He added: In these competitions, 284 athletes in the form of 35 teams from 30 provinces of the country competed in different weights from negative 55 to positive 90 kg.
The head of the Martial Arts Board of Qazvin province said: the kickboxing team of the province competed in this competition with 9 athletes in different weights, and finally Omid Mohammad Khanlou won the gold medal and Ali Mastari won the bronze medal.
He said: Muslim Abbasi, the head of the judging committee of the Qazvin Martial Arts Associations Board, also judged as the only representative of the province in this selection competition of the national kickboxing team.
