This couple has left their problems behind. They have now become entrepreneurs and have now directly employed more than 10 people.

Following the interview of the Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA) with Qazvin province “Mahdieh Abbasi” and “Mehrdad Mohammadi” Qazvini entrepreneur couple You’re reading.

IRNA: Introduce yourself and tell us about your field of study and profession?

Abbasi: Mahdieh Abbasi I was born in 1986. My field of study is agricultural engineering, majoring in water and soil, but I am a tailor and I have been working in this profession for more than 10 years by starting a small workshop.

There was no suitable field and job opportunity in my field of study, so I did not waste time and pursued my interest, which is sewing, and now I earn money for myself and several other people from this place.

Mohammadi: I am Mehrdad Mohammadi, born in 1988, my field and degree is a bachelor’s degree in automotive electricity, and I also work in the same profession, and I work in a union unit to provide services.

In 1984, I was accepted to the state university with a three-digit rank in the associate degree in automotive electricity, and after that, with a rank of 117 in the technical faculty of the University of Tehran, I was allowed to choose a field, but postponed my studies until after marriage.

IRNA: Tell the story of your entry into these professions.

Mehrdad learned to sew very quickly, during our work he also participated in his favorite technical courses (car electricity) which I was against, but now that attending those courses made my wife an entrepreneur, I realized that my objections were wrong.

Abbasi: I passed the first course of sewing training in one of the mobilization bases, and then I became interested in this profession, and I also participated in technical and professional courses, and after that, I learned the skills related to sewing experimentally.

I am currently an entrepreneur for 6 people, 2 people work with me in my sewing workshop and I order and send work for four other people who work at home, of course two or three of my students are also working now. Worked independently and set up their own workshop.

Due to a problem at the beginning of our life together, we lost all our savings and we owed a lot, but by the grace of God, we got involved and I was able to work in the skill I had (sewing) and then my wife 2-3. He worked with me to pursue his main profession (car electrician). After that, I realized that my wife’s income was not enough and sometimes they did not pay her salary, so I suggested that she and I sew together, which she accepted.

Mehrdad learned tailoring very soon and in some matters he worked better than me, during our work he also participated in his favorite technical courses, which of course I was always against and I said why the income that Are you having a hard time spending these courses? But now that attending those courses has made my wife entrepreneurial, I realized that my objections were wrong.

Mohammadi: Due to my field of study (car electricity) and attending various training courses, I was able to establish a unit for myself and start my business in it.

I worked as a technical expert in domestic and foreign car dealerships, and after a test, I was selected to attend courses abroad. Unfortunately, the dealer owner sent his name instead of me, but this is my issue. Did not disappoint and I continued to strive to improve my scientific and technical level.

I was interested in modern car electricity and participated in training courses for European and Korean car dealerships for a large fee. I am.

In this unit, I directly created employment for several people, but to reach this stage, my wife and I endured many hardships, because a bitter incident and a mistake caused us to start our lives again from scratch and create this Unity and engaging in it all happened after that.

IRNA: What was the problem and the bitter incident that you are talking about?

Mohammadi: In early 1994, a few months after our marriage, something bitter happened to us. Tuman cheated, in fact, all of our lives were lost and we became totally indebted.

This not only caused us to lose all of our savings with which we were trying to start a business, but also increased our overall debt.

In those circumstances, we had to start our own business carelessly. My wife and I worked in one of the welfare service complexes outside the city of Qazvin. I became a waiter in a restaurant and my wife worked in the clothing sales department of that complex. Became a salesman.

Due to our low income, we had to walk to and from work, while this complex was outside the city, and we had to walk all the way to get to the complex, and on the way back, we came home on foot again with total fatigue. .

IRNA: How did you get through these difficult times and become an entrepreneur in a short period of time?

Along with God’s grace and trust in Him, skill played a big role in getting out of the difficult situation we had, because because of our skill, we were able to gradually overcome the critical situation we had and reach the shore of peace.

Abbasi: First, the grace of God came to us and it was the reliance on the merciful Lord that made us stand up again and get through these difficult and critical situations in our lives, then it was hard work and patience that helped us achieve our goal. helped.

We should not simply ignore the role of skill in getting out of this situation, because because of having skill, we were able to gradually overcome the critical situation we had and reach the shore of peace.

After working for a while in a welfare service complex, with the help of a friend of my wife, I opened a sewing shop and gradually developed my work. After the orders increased, I got a labor force and we were able to lighten the heavy burden of our debts. .

When my workload increased, I worked with two women and added three others to my collection through work at home. Achieving this situation after that difficult event was first a grace of God and then a skill. That my wife and I had brought us back to normal life.

Mohammadi: My wife was tired of this situation, she complained about long working hours, a lot of walking and low wages, we decided to make a change in our lives but we had no capital and because of that we were in debt. One day when we were walking home from work, we accidentally saw one of my single friends with whom I had been working for a while, he braked in front of us, God had sent this man to us.

This old friend asked about my business, and because he knew that my wife was a tailor, he said that I had a tailoring shop in the Janbazan neighborhood of Qazvin, which had a tailor, and I was looking for a new tailor, and you happened to be in my mind. He went to work and after a while I joined him.

This friend of mine, whom God had sent to us at that moment, lost his right to a year when he understood the story of our lives, and this enabled us to settle ourselves a little and settle our debt in the continuation of wisdom.

I worked with my wife in sewing for a while, but I was not convinced by this. I bought some equipment from it in the same way and finally I managed to rent a shop, I had no capital and I really started from scratch.

I currently represent one of the car service companies in the field of ramps, which is a nationwide company of professional, elite and creative young people, four as a student and one as a master. I work with you in my shop. They have and are working, although there were several students who worked for me as apprentices, who now own their own independent businesses.

IRNA: Mr. Mohammadi, explain a little bit about your profession and the term “ramp”.

Mohammadi: Rimp means reading the map and program, if I define it in simple language, I must say that today all injector cars have a computer or a device called ASIO, which is the commanding brain to the various components of the car, as long as the human brain commands Do not react. Other members do not move. The ASIO does the same, and any defect in it affects the performance of the car.

In our work, depending on the weather conditions, type of fuel consumed, pollution and road conditions and driving conditions of people, we make ramps or re-read and update the car program, which improves car performance, increases acceleration, reduces consumption, increases Parts life and reduced service costs are periodic.

With the ramp, while some car defects that cause defects in its performance will be eliminated, some defects will also be prevented. Of course, unlike Tehran and big cities, the ramp is not yet located in a city like Qazvin, and many drivers even mention its name. Have not heard.

Of course, traditional mechanics and battery makers usually do not get along well with us, because by our work and improving the performance of the car, we make the cars need less replacement and repair. (Laughter)

Qazvini entrepreneur couple: Our lives were rebuilt by relying on skills

IRNA: Many young people are looking for work these days, what advice do you have for them to get a job and get on the entrepreneurial path?

Abbasi: I advise young people not to limit themselves to studying theoretical fields that have little employment, and to learn a profession and skill along with it.

If young people pursue their interests and talents and know the value of time and do not waste it, they will undoubtedly not face the problem of unemployment, any person who has a serious determination to achieve his goals, can undoubtedly achieve it.

Mohammadi: I advise young people to be trained in a profession and skill and to secure their future career in this way. Many teenagers and young people spend hours in vain in cyberspace, which I suggest to spend this time. Learn your favorite skill.

Young people can take advantage of the capacity of public and private technical and vocational schools if it is not possible to study in their favorite profession, public school courses are held for free and private courses are not very expensive and people Once they have the skills and started their business, they can recoup the cost very quickly.

IRNA: Express your expectations and demands from the officials.

The authorities should provide low-cost facilities to skilled young people so that these young people who have ideas, creativity and technical ability can become entrepreneurs.

Abbasi: At present, the rent of service units is very high and young people have a hard time financing themselves at the beginning of their journey, so the authorities should help these people to start a business and continue entrepreneurship with cheap facilities.

The authorities should provide low-cost facilities to skilled young people so that these young people who have ideas, creativity and technical ability can become entrepreneurs.

Mohammadi: For the development of business and entrepreneurship by young people, obstacles must be removed, all obstacles that stand in the way of creative and skilled youth must be removed, from removing administrative mazes related to obtaining licenses to providing affordable facilities with Easy terms included.

Undoubtedly, if the young people who have skills, creativity and entrepreneurial ideas are given more value, each of them can create tens or maybe hundreds of jobs and help the country to achieve good economic growth and development.

IRNA: What is your next goal?

Abbasi: In my opinion, a person should never give up trying to achieve his goals and should not draw a stopping point for himself, so I am trying to expand my business in the sewing profession, along with the issue of establishing a school. I have a tailor.

Mohammadi: To develop my work, I need to provide devices that cost about 300 million tomans, if I provide this device, I can directly create employment for three people.

For example, I need a Dino device that is available in similar technical inspection centers and simulates the performance of the car so that it can be used in a small environment and by turning on the car to easily identify defects and defects and Raised.

I also plan to set up a private school in the field of automotive electricity science, which is less discussed in Qazvin, which I need about 150 million tomans to achieve this goal, although it is difficult to achieve these goals, but with effort and Seriousness is not far from the mind.
