Russia: Deployment of nuclear weapons in Belarus does not violate non-proliferation obligations

New York – IRNA – Russia’s ambassador to the United Nations said that by deploying nuclear tactical weapons in Belarus, Russia does not violate its obligations in the field of nuclear non-proliferation.
