According to the sports reporter of Fars news agency, the eighth week of the preliminary stage of the volleyball championship of Iran’s top men’s clubs was followed on Wednesday, December 8 in the cities of Yazd, Gorgan, Tehran, Sirjan, Rafsanjan, Gonbad Kavos and Isfahan. In one of these matches, Horsan Ramsar faced Mes Rafsanjan and won 3-2.

Arash Sadeghiani, head coach of Horsan Ramsar volleyball team, said at the end of this match: “Don’t be tired, I say to both teams.” The audience witnessed a very beautiful game. Apart from the first set, when we lost the result by a large margin and were captured by the defense and service of Mes Rafsanjan team, we saw close volleyball in the next four sets. Both teams tried and fought with all their strength.

He continued: I am happy that we were able to win this game and turn the game around in an away match against a good team. Our players did a good job and it is worthy of praise and thanks that they were able to return to the game when we lost the first set and fight mentally until the end of the game. The Mes Rafsanjan team plays volleyball very well and this match was one of the games in this season where they made very few mistakes and did not have more than three or four individual mistakes in each set, which made it very difficult for us.

The head coach of the volleyball team, Horsan Ramser, said: Thank God, we were able to disable the main players of the Mes team with the plan we had and get the final point in critical conditions. I thank the referees for blowing the whistle very competently in a tough match and I dedicate this victory to the good people of Ramsar. In the next match, next Saturday, we will meet nature in Ramsar.

Also, Jaber Ismailpour, Qatar passer of Horsan Ramsar volleyball team, said: I congratulate this win to the technical staff, players, Horsan team and the good people of Ramsar, who really missed their presence in Rafsanjan to share our happiness with them. We had a race at Ramsar on Sunday and we had come a long way to win this race. We had vowed to win this match and we worked hard. Ramsar and Mes team both played well and Mes team has good players. Our next match is against the nature team in Ramsar and unfortunately we have to play four games in these two weeks and the distances are long. There are few flights and we have to go to Bandar Abbas and then fly to Tehran and from Tehran to Ramsar. The conditions are very difficult and we must have a proper recovery for the next match.
