According to IRNA, Hadi Saei Today (Wednesday), on the occasion of the happy birthday of Hazrat Masoumeh (PBUH) and Girl’s Day, she attended the Amina Nursery with a group of federation officials and representatives of national women’s teams.
The visit was attended by Ishrat Shahmohammadi, Vice President of the Taekwondo Federation, Atefeh Keshavarz and Mehrooz Saei, members of the technical staff of the national teams, Zahra Pourasmail and Ghazal Soltani, members of the national taekwondo team, Romina Chamsorki and Rosa Ebrahimi, members of the national taekwondo team.
At the beginning of the visit, a meeting was held between Hadi Saei, President of the Taekwondo Federation, and the officials of Amina Nursery. In this meeting, Saei promised Zahra Mashayekhi, the head of Amina Nursery, and Roham Velayatinejad, the head of Shemiranat Welfare, to establish a Taekwondo club for children aged 7 to 12 with all the relevant equipment. Atefeh Keshavarz, the head coach of the women’s national parakwando team, also announced that she intends to work as a coach with the reopening of the club.
The president of the Taekwondo Federation said: “We came to this center to announce that all these children are our children and they are considered the children of this region.” We intend to cooperate more by signing a memorandum of understanding with Amina Nursery and similar centers. From now on, the services that we provide to taekwondo practitioners all over the country will be provided to these centers for free.
Referring to the agreement reached with the managers of Amina Nursery regarding the education of children, Saei said: “According to the agreement reached between the Taekwondo Federation and Amena Nursery, it was decided that a group of coaches and medalists of this federation attend a weekly presence in this nursery to identify and educate qualified children.” .
The President of the Taekwondo Federation stated in the end: This federation intends to expand the talent identification project for homeless children in cooperation with the Welfare Organization throughout the country.
