Saifullahpour: Our goal with Hernandez is to form a strong team in Asia/ It’s not nice to be invited to the ethics committee because of textile rights

According to the sports reporter of Fars news agency, Izad Saifullahpour said about the selection of Carlos Hernandez as the new head coach of Nasaji: I have to thank Hamid Motahari for the efforts he made for us this season. He is one of the good and moral football coaches of the country. Unfortunately, our expectations were not fulfilled in the second half of the season. We didn’t get a result for 11 weeks and the fans expected more, so we had to respect their opinion. In the meetings we held with the board of directors, we decided to part ways with Motahari. I wish success to him and his staff. He will definitely have a bright future as a good and well-known football coach.

Regarding whether Motahari received his full salary, he explained: Be sure that no one’s rights are violated in Nasaji.

About the duration of Hernandez’s contract, Nasaji’s CEO said: He has a contract with Nasaji until the end of next season. Hernandez is a 38-year-old young coach who has a history of participating in the Saudi professional league and Al-Shabaab club. He is very familiar with the work of the academy. One of our discussions is a special look at the Textile Academy discussion. We are a private club and should be able to generate income from our players. Fortunately, Hernandez’s view is also on the discussion of the academy and we hope that he can deliver good players to Nasaji.

Saifullahpour explained about the team’s plans with Hernandez: We are looking at the remaining five games of the Premier League, the knockout cup and preparing a good team for the Champions League.

Regarding the separation of Motahari’s assistants from Nasaji, he said: “It is natural that coaches go together when they come together.” Tomorrow we will have a meeting with Hernandez and he will give us his plans. We will provide him with whatever he needs.

Regarding the possibility of a foreign assistant in the technical staff of this team, the CEO of Nasaji answered: No for this 4-5 game, but if he needs it, we will meet his needs regarding the technical staff, and it is not a problem.

Regarding the fact that it seemed from the beginning that Nasaji was going to participate in the Asian Champions League with a foreign coach, Saifullahpour said: The board of directors wanted to form a strong team for this tournament. One of our options was foreign, and even before the start of the season, we talked with the current head coach of the Iraqi national team. Now we are planning for next season with Hernandez.

Regarding his summons to the Ethics Committee of the Football Federation, he said: It was interesting for me to be invited to the Ethics Committee. I thank my friends, but I have a question for Kashirifard, why did this happen when an interaction spoke to us about environmental advertising. It is very easy to say that I was talking about the right of the private textile club. Fortunately, in the discussion of professionalization and during these stages, they help us to make these things happen. We do not owe a single rial. How is it possible that if a club has debt, you do not allow the issuance of its player card?

The CEO of Nasaji emphasized: In 2 letters, I said that if the rights of Nasaji are not addressed and this right is not given, we will not allow the presence of environmental advertisements inside our exclusive stadium. It is interesting to me, why should I be invited to the ethics committee? Is punishing the inalienable rights of the Textile Club an invitation to the ethics committee? We are a private sector. In a situation where some teams have not yet made their payments, until today all our players have received more than 70% of their contract sums. This was not pretty. Anyway, we will go to the ethics committee and talk. We are also in the service of Asadi Moghadam, but inviting a CEO to the ethics committee for taking the rights of his club is ugly.

Saifullahpour said about the latest status of obtaining the professional license of the textile club: a complete team under the management of Mrs. Tariqati is doing this work. Thank God, as far as I have talked with Zarei (the head of the professional licensing committee), Nasaji is one of the most regular teams in this field, which has uploaded its documents, and thank God, there is nothing special. Our only problem is the Watani stadium, which is our main stadium. The wish of me, the owner, the board of directors and the fans of Nasaji is to host Champions League games in Watani, but if the facilities do not meet the requirements of AFC inspectors, thanks to Saket and the loved ones of Sepahan Club, we introduced Naqsh Jahan Stadium in Isfahan.

Regarding the reason for not introducing Azadi Stadium, he answered: This stadium is owned by Persepolis and Esteghlal. 2 more teams cannot choose it. Imam Reza Stadium of Mashhad also has some limitations. Even when our games were played in this stadium without spectators, there were some strictures, but in any case, Naqsh World Stadium does not have any special problems.
