Sales are the first concern of Mazandaran flower and plant sample producers

According to IRNA, the village at the bottom of the Babol border, which is located 15 km south of Babel in the Gotab section, is the host of Babil’s first industrial greenhouse. This production unit has been built with bank facilities and personal bring and has produced seven types of ornamental flowers named Ficus, Algonuma, Petus, Chamadora, Scandis, and Syngonium.
This production unit, the first phase of which has been activated, has directly created jobs for seven people.
Seyyed Musa Sajjadian Marzbali, born in 1349, a native of Pa’in Marzbal, who started his work as the owner of the first industrial greenhouse in Babol in 1398, and the Fajr decade last year, was able to enter the first phase of his design into production.
In an interview with IRNA, the producer said that he had built his greenhouse in 2,166 meters indoors and now 1,000 square meters of it has entered the production circuit.
He added: 2 billion and 400 million Tomans have been spent to set up this greenhouse industrial unit, of which 800 million Tomans were received through the Omid Entrepreneurship Fund and 500 million Tomans through the Agricultural Bank, and the rest of them from I provided sales of cars and personal land.
Sajjadian stated: “Currently, our serious concern is that with all the future efforts of this industry and the sale of our products, it will face a recession, which is our serious concern.”
He said: “We are worried that due to the instability in some products in recent years to the detriment of producers, this will spread to flower and plant production units.”
He added: “Currently, there is no serious problem in selling greenhouse products and the products will be pre-sold, but our serious concern in the long run and in the coming years is that this market will collapse.”
This Babylonian producer stated: At present, we produce seven types of flowers and plants in the greenhouse, which have not yet reached the sales stage, and we also have orders from Tehran, Isfahan and Shiraz.
Bank facility fees are high
Sajjadian said: out of the total of 1 billion and 300 million Tomans of bank facilities that were received, 500 million Tomans with a fee of 14 and a half percent and 800 million Tomans that we received from Omid Entrepreneurship Fund and introduction from Bank Saderat was 10 percent.
He added: “This fee is high for the producer and he will face problems in repayment in the future, and it is expected that when the Entrepreneurship Fund offers the facility at 4%, it will not undertake a process that will provide this facility with a 10% fee.” Reach the hands of the manufacturer.
He added: “One of the main demands of producers in this industry is that after the approval of providing facilities to a production unit, this should be done quickly and not postponed to a few years later, which is to the detriment of the producer.”
The producer said: the payment of bank facilities for this production unit was delayed for two years, which has multiplied the cost of building my greenhouse, while if these facilities were provided in the shortest possible time, the suffering of continuous inflation and increase of infrastructure equipment It did not include me and I used my personal contribution to complete the second phase of my collection.
He added: “It is requested that the two-year respite be applied to repay the facilities received for our production units so that we can bring our production flowers to the sales stage and the cash flow in our production unit can be done properly.”
The managing director of the Farvardin Gol farm production unit continued: to complete the second phase of the industrial greenhouse, 1 billion and 300 million tomans of credit is needed, which I currently have no one to complete the second phase.
