According to the report of financial financial news, quoted from the public relations of Cooperative Insurance, Ebrahim Nowrozi Dastgerdi, the manager of branches and provinces, explained the policies and plans of the company, on the need to improve performance, satisfy customers, identify and use the province’s insurance potentials. Nowrozi continued: We currently do not have branches in six provinces, depending on the services we provide to policyholders, a needs assessment will be done and we will consider counters for them.
He further mentioned the digitalization of branches and stated: Considering that there is still no necessary infrastructure for this work, it is not possible to talk about its benefits and it is desirable to work for it in an operational manner. Importantly, it requires time to create technical infrastructure and culture among people to enter a transformational environment.
