In this memorandum, it was decided that the Iranian Boxing Federation will help this country in the development of boxing in Kuwait, and Iranian coaches will be sent to Kuwait in order to advance this field in the basic age group.
Kuwait Federation also promised to cooperate with Iran in holding joint camps.
