Special strengthening of entrepreneurship centers in the country/government does not seek entrepreneurship
According to IRNA, from the Ministry of Cooperation, Labor and Social Welfare, Seyyed Soulat Mortazavi, in a cordial meeting with 40 top provincial and national entrepreneurs, which was held today, Friday, November 20th, at the premises of this ministry, added: Strengthening the private sector and popularizing the economy is a special strategy. The government is based on the views of the president and the policies of the 13th People’s Government.
The Minister of Cooperation, Labor and Social Welfare described the political geography of the Islamic Republic of Iran and its strategic location as an important platform for development and increasing productivity. Stating that our successes and productivity levels today are not proportional to the existing talents and capacities, he said: Solving the concerns of entrepreneurs in removing the barriers to jump in production, along with providing incentive packages using the approval of leading entrepreneurs, is a path-breaking and effective solution.
Mortazavi said: Strengthening the mining economy, development of discoveries, extraction and processing is one of the neglected capacities of the country and emphasized by the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, which can bring significant currency and job creation. The Minister of Cooperation, Labor and Social Welfare emphasized the need for constructive jihad in the field of entrepreneurship and production and stated: Government interference in production and economy is a serious obstacle in the path of development.
He said: “The government should encourage, make policies and monitor entrepreneurship and strengthen the private sector to lead the frontline of the resistance economy and job creation.” Emphasizing again that the government is not looking for entrepreneurship, Mortazavi added: Our main task is to support the production of knowledge-based and job-creating, and in order to achieve that, we consider the country’s top entrepreneurs as our trusted advisors. The Minister of Labor said: “Employment and a dynamic economy are the most important demands of the people from the government, and the enemy, by abusing this demand for people’s rights, is pursuing chaos and reducing social capital in the country.”
He considered it very important to pay attention to education and advice to young businesses and stated: Meetings with top entrepreneurs are followed continuously and purposefully with the aim of informing about production and job creation obstacles in the country. Mortazavi said: The most important issues raised in this meeting will be presented to the president in a categorized manner as a system of issues facing the country’s production, entrepreneurship and job creation.
Facilitating the economic activities of the country’s top entrepreneurs
“Mahmoud Karimi Biranvand”, Deputy Minister of Entrepreneurship Development and Employment, Minister of Cooperation, Labor and Social Welfare, also pointed out the plans of this deputy to facilitate the economic activities of the country’s top entrepreneurs and said: “creating jobs in the true sense requires pursuing issues at all levels.” It is sovereignty. The Deputy Minister of Labor announced plans to create entrepreneurship and job creation centers in the country’s provinces and stated: removing obstacles to production and moving towards the realization of the slogan of the year requires special support from the private sector.
Also, Ali Zandukili, Director General of the Entrepreneurship Development Office, presented a report on the process of identifying the top entrepreneurs, and considered innovation-based entrepreneurship as the main driver of the country’s economy.

Also, in this meeting, a group of the country’s top entrepreneurs announced their concerns, challenges and suggestions to strengthen knowledge-based and job-creating production. Discussions in the field of tax and insurance crimes, special attention to the position of entrepreneurs in the country’s economy, the proposal to approve and implement the Technology Annex Law, the use of the capacity of the Entrepreneurship Development Office of the Ministry of Labor in order to follow up on the problems and issues of entrepreneurs in executive bodies, the proposal to form a forum of entrepreneurship experts With the aim of facilitating the implementation of laws, setting up a national network of entrepreneurship and employment with a grassroots approach, designing incentive packages to promote the culture of entrepreneurship, ranking economic actors, finding entrepreneurial talent at the country level, facilitating exports, removing banking and credit barriers and providing financial resources, accelerating handover to the private sector and cooperatives, the formation of entrepreneurship accelerators with the aim of facilitating the issuance of licenses, the proposal to formulate and approve the entrepreneurship law, the creation of an entrepreneurial trade union system, and the proposal to form a joint council of the Ministry of Labor were some of the most important topics.
