He reminded: Therefore, any planning for industrial and economic development of the country, job creation, development of non-oil exports and innovation will not be possible without the support of small and medium industries.
Referring to the statistics of the Ministry of Industry, Mining and Trade, Naqib stated that 2 thousand 67 industrial units returned from stagnation last year and the construction of 1 thousand 433 small workshops with the priority of knowledge bases, said: There are still 2 thousand inactive industrial units inside and outside There are towns and industrial areas where the Ministry of Security can provide special facilities to entrepreneurs in setting up these stagnant industrial units and creating jobs.
This entrepreneur said: small and medium industrial units in all countries play a fundamental role in providing employment, increasing national production, developing exports and being present in global markets.
He pointed out that these industries have taken a very large proportion of the number of manufacturing enterprises and a considerable proportion of industrial employment and industrial products, and they have attracted the necessary suitable fields for establishing effective communication between industrial and agricultural productions. Private sector capitals provide the possibility of diversity and flexibility in industrial production.
Naqeeb continued: Many countries, being aware of the role and impact of small and medium-sized industries and adopting appropriate support and planning policies, have contributed to the expansion and prosperity of these types of industries and have brought about positive developments in their industry.

Emphasizing the very important features of small businesses and their complementary roles, he announced: instead of investing heavily in a production unit, a set of small businesses can form a production chain and each of them can take over a part of the production and This will increase industrial prosperity.
Naqeeb added: On the other hand, small and medium-sized enterprises can be set up alongside large units and do part of the production.
The head of the board of directors of the Tehran Province Entrepreneurship Center stated: Despite all the capacities and characteristics of small industries, this capacity has not been used as it should be in Iran and the necessary support for these industries has not been provided. According to him, due to the negative performance of large industries and the capabilities of small industries and their role in creating employment and increasing production, it is necessary to pay special attention to small industries in policies and planning.
