According to the Mehr reporter, Esteghlal Club has not yet introduced its new head coach after Farhad Majidi’s separation.
While Javad Nekounam was mentioned as the main option to replace Majidi, the coach nevertheless announced that he would not become independent and would continue to work at Foolad.
On the other hand, Esteghlal Club has held talks with Reza Enayati, the outcome of which has not been announced yet.
As Esteghlal’s uncertainty continues, midfielder Andranik Teymourian, a former Esteghlal captain, has also refused to negotiate with the club. “I deny any negotiations with Esteghlal as head coach,” Teymourian said in a message posted on Instagram.
