According to the announcement of the Volleyball Federation, Pawel Mateusz Wojski, the Polish coach of the national volleyball team, left the team within a week of the start of the tournament. Due to the opposition of his club team, he could not accompany the Iranian national team in the Asian Championship.
After Pavel’s departure, Moradi, the vice-president of the volleyball federation, emphasized in an interview with Mehr reporter that soon an Iranian coach will replace Pavel in the composition of the Iranian national volleyball team. Meanwhile, it seems that this decision has been canceled and the coach is not going to be added to the technical staff and accompany the national team in the Asian Championship.
Azim Jazideh, the former coach of Iran’s national volleyball team, in an interview with Mehr reporter, said in response to this issue: “I think the bench of the national team should not be empty, the prestige of the technical staff should be maintained.” Abdulreza Alizadeh has recently been added to the national team and is one of our friends, but he does not have enough experience.
He added: The federation and the head coach of the team could have used other Iranian coaches in the technical staff. I don’t know what happened when Pavel left the national team. I don’t think this is normal, his contract was until the end of the League of Nations and after that he returned to Iran.
The former coach of Iran’s national volleyball team said: I think there is a but and an if in relation to Pavel’s departure. The concentration of the players should not be disturbed and the technical staff of the national team should not be moved to such an extent. These are not the beautiful events of Iranian volleyball. He said: The Asian Championship is very important for the national team, and as the head of the volleyball federation emphasized, even winning the second place in this competition is considered a failure, so the players should not face marginal issues and should only focus on presenting an acceptable game. be

Jazideh mentioned the presence of Japan with the main team in this tournament and said: All teams are respectable and you cannot underestimate any opponent.
