According to the Tasnim news agency and quoted by Pikan club’s public relations, Mojtabi Haqdoost, the experienced star of Pikan football team, who has been one of the main pillars of the success of Mojtabi Hosseini’s students during the past two seasons, has faced a great misfortune.
During the meeting with Sepahan, Haqdoost was injured in a collision with Farshad Ahmadzadeh, the midfielder of this team, and could not continue the game. After this match, with the decision of the medical staff, an MRI was taken of the injured leg, and when the results came, it was determined that his cruciate ligament was torn.
In the coming days, Haqdoost will go to a specialist surgeon in consultation with Pikan medical staff to perform the initial steps for surgery on his knee.
