With the issuance of this decision, the effect of the issued temporary order is removed. This decision can be appealed.
* Saipa football team player Amir Mohammad Mokhkakar has been banned from accompanying his team for six sessions due to unsportsmanlike behavior and misbehavior towards the official of the match and must pay a fine of 510 million rials. This decision can be appealed.
* Ahmed Kimianpour, the coach of the Saipa football team, has been banned from accompanying his team for three sessions due to misbehavior with the match official (referee) and must pay a fine of 200 million Rials. This decision can be appealed in terms of disqualification.
* Mojtaba Bijan, a player of Saipa Tehran football team, was sentenced to pay a fine of 150 million rials due to unsportsmanlike behavior (a serious mistake that led to his dismissal).
* Saipa Tehran football team must pay a fine of 100 million rials due to having five players on warning.
